HydraCure Covers – S16 & M5

The inorganic fibers in HydraCure covers keep water where you want it – ON the slab surface. HydraCure covers ensure a gradual, uniform and controlled curing environment for slabs-on-ground by keeping the water on the slab surface and maintaining even water coverage. And, because the fibers are inorganic in both HydraCure covers, they reduce residue and discoloration on the slab surface.

HydraCure S16

Single-use curing covers area blend of rayong and polyester fibers that evenly wick water across teh slab, providing a continuous supply of moisture for a gradual and controlled curing environment. The white cover on HydraCure S16 enables installers to easily locate and eliminate air bubbles to prevent blotching.

HydraCure M5

Multi-use curing cover, a proven industry standard, that provides optimal curing and can be used again and again.

Why HydraCure Covers Are So Effective

Comprised of non-woven fabrics coated with a white-pigmented polyethylene film, the fabric traps and retains water and provides a 100 percent humidity condition below the cover. Teh white UV-resistant film reflects teh sun’s heat away from the slabs surface, preventy excessive heat buildup and ensuring optimal drying rates. HydraCure covers’ reflective properties make them ideal for a range of weather conditions by offering high heat and cold resistance. The covers also can be used in indoor environments.

Made from inorganic materials, both HydraCure covers have smooth fibers that will NOT disintegrate and stick to the slab surface. And, unlike organic materials, they will not stain the slab, leave behind any residue, or rot or mildew during storage
